The Inca would be pampered and treated as if the Inca was a baby.He controlled politics and society. He also controls the empires foods and, he was chief of the army. 5 The Inca empire was ruled by Sapa Inca. Sapa Inca said that he was the descendant of the the god Viracocha and that he was the son of the Inti God. 6 In 1425 CE Viracocha started to build the inca empire during the times of 1425 CE to 1532 CE. In the times of 1438 Pachacuti inca Yupanqui built the Inca capital Cuzco.pachacuti Inca Yupanqui was fighting and defeated Kansas in order to control Cuzco and most parts of the Inca empire. Pachacuti was the emperor who recognized that in order to become a great empire they needed a stable government.” The reason that the Inca’s are so sucessful is becuas ethey are always so organized. PAchacuti was very organized.
