5 Sureify’s history building insurance applicationsDirect to Consumer 2013 The Mint.com of insurance Direct to Consumer 2014 Life insurance learning platform Enterprise Platform 2015 – today Life insurance 2.0 platform 2013 – We built the Mint.com for insurance consumers but we learned consumers are not waking up in the morning wanting to put their insurance information in one place (who would have known!) 2014 – We created a Millennial Life Insurance learning platform. It was a “nice” service, but again, we found no one wakes up in the morning wanting to read millennial explanations of insurance, watch videos or explore life insurance. 2015 – Until today, we have been building our “LifeTime Platform” for the next generation of insurance engagement. Though we are focusing on life insurance today – the platform can be used in health, disability, and much more in the near future. A little history on Sureify. In 2013, we built the mint.com for insurance. It’s on the shelf right now because we learned consumers are not waking up in the morning wanting to put their insurance information in one place - Well not yet anyway! After being prompted by Guardian Life and their innovation team, we created a Life Insurance Learning platform in It was “nice” service, we dove into life insurance head first, yet no one wakes up wanting to read, watch videos or explore infographics on Life Insurance. Although a lot of learnings from the day we started, it lead to where we are now, and at the end of 2014 till today, we have been building our “LifeTime Insurance platform” for next generation of insurers. Though we are focusing on Life Insurance today - you will surely see application of our platform that could be used in health, disability, and much more.
