8 After that, you can select your Brother machine from its printer name list. You need to make sure that you have chosen a correct device that is listed for Print Using or Use and then click “Add” button. This way your device gets added to the Print and fax, Print and scan, or Printers and Scanners. And, then, close the System Preferences.
