16 BUCKHEAD SALOON General Information Page 1 of General InformationArea Assignments The Sales Manger reserves the right to change area assignments at any time, due to fluctuations in expected attendance and area set up requirements. Liquor Liability All alcohol must be purchased through Buckhead Saloon. We will request proof of age of any person deemed of questionable age. Buckhead Saloon reserves the right to refuse to serve any individual that appears to be intoxicated. Payment Final payment is due the day of the event. Cash, check or credit card is acceptable. Listed pricing does not include 7% tax and 20% gratuity. If the client cancels the event, more than seven (7) days prior to the event, the credit card on file will be charged 50% of the contracted amount. Page 1 of General Information
17 BUCKHEAD SALOON General Information Page 2 of General InformationAttendance Final Attendance must be supplied at least 6 days prior to the event. The attendance guarantee may not be reduced after the 6 days have expired. If the final guarantee is not received by the Sales Manager 6 days prior, the expected number of guests will serve as the guarantee. The guaranteed number will be reflected on the final bill unless counts increase after the guarantee has been made Buffet Buffets are out and unlimited for one full hour unless requested otherwise. Client will provide Buckhead with final menu selections and approximate number of guests seven (7) days prior to the event. Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Buckhead Saloon for damage, theft or loss of Buckhead property (including, without limitation, equipment, structure, and motor vehicles) occurring at the event that is caused by persons attending the event.
