14 Train the Trainer ProgramHighlights New advanced soft skills course (Train the Trainer 2) for highly engaged participants from Train the Trainer 1 program. 22 Diversity Charter Is a voluntary platform of companies aimed to implement and develop diversity policies. A diversity charter consists of a short document voluntarily signed by a company or a public institution. It outlines the measures it will undertake to promote diversity and equal opportunities in the workplace, regardless of race or ethnic origin, sexual orientation, gender, age, disability and religion. The diversity policies developed within companies adhering to a diversity charter recognize, understand and value people's similarities and differences as representing huge potential sources of innovation, problem-solving, customer focus, etc. Diversity charters can contribute to fighting discrimination in the workplace and to promoting equality.

23 Slovakia Diversity CharterTo establish Diversity Charter applicable for Slovakia working environment that would help to have a single strategic document where employers can publicly commit to diversity principles. Diversity helps companies stay competitive, allows them to hire more talented people regardless of sex, race, skin color, nationality, ethnic origin, religion, disability, age, marital status and family status, sexual orientation, sexual expression or identity.
