54 Grammar Infinitives: The most basic form of a verb. The “un-conjugated” form of a verb. When you have a verb in English and the word “to” before it, that is an infinitive to swim, to run, to write. In Spanish, we have 3 kinds -ar, -er, -ir

55 Grammar Negatives: To make a sentence negative in Spanish, you put no in front of the verb or expression. To answer a question negatively in Spanish, your sentence is often set up like the following: No, no me gusta nadar. No, no me gusta nada correr. Use “nada” after “no me gusta” to say you don’t like it at all.

56 Grammar Me gusta/ No me gusta: To express that you like something, you use the phrase “Me gusta.” To ask someone if they like something, you ask the question: Te gusta ______?
