1 Circulation regulations Library collections and services are available to users who present a valid Library Card or one-day pass Other users (card numbers beginning with 29) can use the library collections within the library area only Only Warsaw University students can borrow books from the Student Textbook Collection Circulation of books in departmental libraries is defined in particular library rules Serials can not be borrowed. You can order serials from closed stacks in the Reading Room (red requisition form or keyboard request) Users with card numbers beginning with 20, 21, 22, 23, and 24 are permitted to borrow books outside

You can simply take a book from the shelf and return it to a book trolley (please do not return it to the shelf!). If you are allowed to borrow a book and it has a blue label or a white label you can go directly to the Circulation Desk. You can not borrow - items with red label or red dot Books from closed stacks can be ordered in the Reading Room (two-part requisition form or keyboard request) or at the Circulation Desk (three-part requisition form or keyboard request) You can not borrow - books published before 1950 - books in poor condition - books that are rare, difficult to purchase, or contain numerous tables, maps, and illustrations - items marked as cimelia (location: Cimelia)
