6 Habitat Destruction and Human ConflictDecrease from 43% in 1990 to 39% in 2005 Continues to decrease 1.2% per year Food and habitat conflict 57% of residents within 10km of eagle lose ~2 chickens per year Residents kill the eagle when they lose 5 or more chickens per year
