HSE Policy It is the policy of Seltex Oil & Gas Services Limited that all operations will be planned and executed in such a way as to: Prevent injury to life and preserve the health of employees and all such persons including third parties that may be involved in its operations.

23 Minimizes impact on the environment in which Seltex Oil & Gas Services Limited operates.Ensure security of lives and properties/facilities of clients and own staff. Maintain cordial relationship with host communities. Every employee of Seltex Oil & Gas Services Limited shall prepare their work in accordance with this policy and work must not be started when it is believed that safety mitigating measures are not in place or suspended when the job or condition is considered unsafe. b. Community Relations Policy It is Seltex Oil & Gas Services Limited policy to maintain mutually beneficial relationship with host communities. To achieve this goal Seltex Oil & Gas Services Limited will cooperate with and work through the CLO’s in the local communities to ensure that the local communities are aware of Seltex Oil & Gas Services Limited activities and to ensure that any conflicts are resolved in a timely manner. Health Policy Seltex Oil & Gas Services Limited will operate a healthy workplace with no health incidents and improve the health awareness of its employees. To achieve this goal Seltex Oil & Gas Services Limited will embark on these strategies: Pre-employment medical examination, general examination and tuberculosis test to determine fitness for employment. Fitness certification will be issued and revalidated annually. Reduction of exposure to hazardous substances, noise, vibration, chemical handling, and manual lifting. Prevention of malaria and other diseases Construction material and equipment shall be appraised to control health risks. Those proven or known to be injurious to health shall be discharged or minimized with use of the MSDS control Work site supervision will be very intensive especially in the area of controlling hazards and their effects. Seltex Oil & Gas Services Limited will provide a qualified nurse or first aider at the work site with adequately stocked first aid box. Maintain a retainer clinic where referral are done or seek medical assistance from client medical center. There will be no use or possession of intoxicants or illicit drugs by any person on any of the project work sites. Persons found to be in possession or under the influence of such

25 substances shall be terminated from the job.d. Safety Policy Seltex Oil & Gas Services Limited aims to ensure that risks to personnel and equipment involved in the execution of the contract are identified, and controlled to ALARP and that recovery measures are in place if otherwise. A system of incidents and accidents reporting will be implemented. Pre-mobilization inspection shall be carried out on all equipment including hand tools to be deployed for the contract. Seltex Oil & Gas Services Limited will adhere to company’s journey management procedure that will include testing and selection of quartermaster, crew boat, route mapping to facilitate planning and tracking if crew movement, training on defensive driving course and daily journey hazard analysis. Job hazard analysis shall be performed for all critical activities during this project in accordance with the attached procedures this will complement toolbox talks and job Hazard Analysis (JHA) briefings. These will be documented as evidence of compliances of safety requirements. Daily inspections will be carried out on all work areas. All personnel on the project shall wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). Muster points will be located within construction site. All company personnel will receive a safety orientation before they commence work.

26 Dumping of waste into creek, rivers and swamps are not allowed. e. Environmental Policy Waste constitute environmental nuisance if not properly collected, handled and disposed. Waste shall therefore be collected, handled and disposed off in an environmentally safe manner as not to ensure injury/impact negatively on plants, animals and the environment. The environmental impact of each activity shall be routinely monitored and controlled and corrective action taken as necessary. All practical measures will be taken to minimize the generation of waste and to manage and dispose of unavoidable waste in an environmentally acceptable. Construction wastes will be managed by segregating them in properly classified bins. All chemicals shall be transported, stored, used and disposed of in an environmentally acceptable manner. All chemical will be accepted from a supplier with the appropriate MSDS. In all proper precaution shall be taken to avoid pollution to air, land or water. Dumping of waste into creek, rivers and swamps are not allowed. f. Security Policy Seltex Oil & Gas Services Limited intends to manage security affairs an integral part of its, HSE programme and as part of company’s business to eliminate losses of materials and to eliminate injuries to personnel of all staff, client and third part involved in her activities. Seltex Oil & Gas Services Limited will employ adequate number of experienced security guards. Access to project work sites will be controlled to prevent unauthorized entry as follows:

27 Access will be allowed to only those persons that have official business and possess valid induction badge with valid photo identification badge. Only staffs that have completed the minimum induction safety training receive their access badges. Security personnel at the work site will linked by GSM handset. g. Drug and Alcohol Policy It is an offence for any employee of Seltex Oil & Gas Services Limited to be under the influence of alcohol or in possession of or under the influence of any drug such as cocaine, amphetamine, marijuana, hashish or other illegal or control substance while working, residing or on our job site. This policy applies to all operations and location on a 24-hour basis. Unannounced search and alcohol screening shall be conducted to ensure compliance. h. Recreational Swimming Policy All Seltex Oil & Gas Services Limited employees involved in swamp operations must be swim tested and be certified swimmers. On no account should any staff be involved in recreational swimming on any work site. The safety officer will ensure that this policy is well enforced while consequent management decision will be administered for violation of this policy. i. Use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) All Seltex Oil & Gas Services Limited employees involved in contract activities are expected to follow all safety guidelines and to also comply with the use of appropriate personal protective equipment. All staff shall be issued with PPE appropriate for the activities carried out.
