Created in Lyon in 1967 by 8 independent stores, it was bought in 1991 by PPR Groupe (Printemps-Pinault-Redoute), French #1 in home furniture and WW #2 in home equipment. Conforama has 244 sales points in France and is also based in Spain, Italy, Croatia, Switzerland, Luxembourg and Portugal (56 sales points) Solution: remote management from Trélazé Data center of the AIX infrastructure bought by the customer and hosted in his facility in Lognes (near Paris) Needs: in 1999, Conforama asked for a new financial system allowing to reduce the monthly closure and produce financials reports. Having made the choice for Oracle Applications, Conforama’s objective was to focus its internal on its business. SLAs: Operations between 7h-20h, Monday - Friday Experts (applications & system) on duty 24/24 Specific enforced organization for financial closures from 1 to 10 of the month Solution: outsourcing of the solution based on a global partner with a Unix and Oracle applications expertise ready to manage its ERP from end to end Contract: signed in 1999, renewed in 2012 till Feb 2015

12 AIFE Chorus Chorus hosting & operationsAtos (former Bull) provided - Design & implementation of the production model - Production of the applications - Hosting of production platforms in Trélazé and of pre-production and Disaster Recovery platforms in Saint Ouen - Management of the infrastructure, network & security Customer : Agence pour l’Informatique Financière de l’Etat (AIFE) is the department of the french state in charge of finance, budget of the state. Needs: hosting and production of the CHORUS program (SAP, concurrent users) 4 Escala PL3250 servers, 940 blades (Linux & Windows), 4 DMX3, network and security devices, 200m² Datacenter Trélazé, 150m² Datacenter St Ouen Solution: - Atos Datacenters - System, Database, SAP Administrators (50 people) Key differenciator: Atos designed and build the technical infrastucture, allowing to be efficient during the transition phase of the operations Objectives: production of the Chorus solution, set up of a reversibility plan and gradual transition plan towards customers team concerning the production of the application and the administration of the infrastructure Contract: Exploitation: october 2008 – december 2010 Hosting: sept > jan 2014
