[After receiving my Doctor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin and having been trained as a School Psychologist, I was employed by a special education district in northern Illinois to supervise a diagnostic clinic. It was my responsibility to supervise a number of professional educators and medical and mental health professionals. Our task was to evaluate and diagnose learning challenges and to prescribe a remedial program that became the student’s individual educational program called and IEP. It took a few days to check though the report to see where the problem might be. I still didn’t feel right about signing the report. Finally, in desperation, I decided to pray about it. While I was praying, I heard these words come inside my spirit from the Holy Spirit, “The problem is not in the report. The job your staff has completed in identifying the needs of this child and in recommending a remedial program are commendable. And, if the parents and school staff follow the plan you have written, this child will graduate from school and will grow up to be a good citizen.“] Nuestro equipo acababa de terminar de trabajar con un estudiante de quinto grado. (Rom. 8:7) Man's mind becomes carnal, materialistic, sensual, and doubtful and at enmity against God (Rom. 8: 7) The Satan controlled mind generates evil, fear, frustration, worry, discouragement, disappointment, hurt, insecurity, inferiority, stubbornness, resentment and bitterness Man becomes dependent on his sense knowledge. (Rom. 3:19) Man cannot find God. He does not know his reason for existence, the reason for creation. He cannot understand the source of life. He can no longer receive the things of Spirit of God. (1 Cor. 2:14) Man learns only by experience and is dominated by his body. (Rom. 7:23) Godly wisdom is blocked. (1 Cor. 3-18) He could only receive sense knowledge. Revelation knowledge was not possible to man in his fallen condition. The spirit of man becomes dull to the voice of God. Spirit of man became dominated by adversary. Man becomes a slave to his senses. (1 Cor. 3:18-20) Man is governed by his senses. His body rose to dominate man and he became a master to his body and mind. Man became ruled by his natural senses and subject to the curse and death. His spirit was dominated by his body and mind. The basis for humanistic thought that is prevalent in secular schools today is a logical outgrowth of man being dominated by his body and mind. ] El espíritu del hombre tomó la naturaleza del adversario. Initially, he needs regeneration for spiritual life which then opens his heart to the illuminating ministry of the Spirit (Eph. 1:18).] Roy B. God could once again reveal himself to man. (Prov. 20:27) The Holy Spirit is released. Through the Holy Spirit, God comes to dwell in man (2 Cor. 6:16; 1 Cor. 3:16). The Kingdom of God has come and it is in these earthen vessels. Man could once again receive the revelation of God. Through redemption, man received the life and nature of God.
