PA1 (IP1.2) Lot A2 – GM NEET Participation & Skills Progression Programme SFA 5.7 Contracted and in delivery. PA1/2 (IP1.4/2.1) Lot C2 - GM Skills for Employment Pilot Programme 11.5 PA1 (IP1.4) Lot E1 - Pre-employment support for marginalised groups Big Lottery (BBO) 4.85 Delivery started 31st October 16. Programme called Motiv8. PA2 (IP2.1) Lot C1 - GM Skills Support for the Workforce 5.85 Contract awarded to Calderdale College in October Delivery now underway. Lot C3 - GM Access to Higher Level Skills for unemployed and economically inactive individuals 3.97 Contract awarded to Manchester College in October 2016. PA2 (IP1.1/1.2) Lot B2 - GM Careers Education Information, Advice and Guidance for Young People and Adults 3.66 Contract award made by SFA. Awaiting contract return (18/11/16). PA1 (IP1.1) Lot D1 – GM Start and Grow a Business 1.6 Contract award made by SFA. Currently in extended Alcatel Total 69.82 (plus £3.74m in OiO/CFO commissioning and contract management fees) Comments All SFA contracts must by a minimum of 18 months in duration and currently will conclude by March The SFA have written to LEPs to inform they intend to offer extensions to July 2018 subject to project performance. At this point the SFA will cease to act as a national ESF Co-Financing Organisation. Local consultation of all SFA / Big Lottery calls have been completed prior to launch. 8 8
