Family Court, and the draconian pursuit of malesThe panicked state of feminists, government and how their views misconstrue the true image and character of men for profit

Ok, so what? What’s the problem?Contrary to popular opinion, men really aren’t all that privileged. Putative father Registries. (Benjamin Wyrembeck Supreme Court case.) Selective Service. (In order to vote, gain federal employment, financial aid for college, and not go to prison. Men sign up for the draft by their 26th birthday. Women don’t. Example: White Feather Campaign UK) 84% losers in custody cases. 80% of suicides. 80% of the jobs lost since 2008. 93% of work related deaths 97% of war dead. I have a more extensive list, but I won’t cover it right now.

Too many fathers are M.I.A, too many fathers are AWOL, missing from too many lives and too many homes,…They have abandoned their responsibilities, acting like boys instead of men. And the foundations of our families are weaker because of it.- -Then Candidate Barack Obama, Summer of 2008 Christ Trinity Church Chicago. 67% of “dead beat dads” fall below the poverty line themselves making under $10,000 dollars per year. They are routinely rounded up on Father’s Day by sheriffs and police looking to make a name for themselves while only gaining the tax payer pennies on the dollar in return for their arrest! Of those who receive custody orders, they pay all of their support, and usually on time.

How you can lose after losing your job.Your tax returns. Garnishment of 65% or more of your paycheck, or federal benefits. Your driver’s license. Professional licenses. (Electrians license, right to practice as an attorney, etc) Certifications. Property. Your passport. Don’t forget your freedom (Debtor’s Prisons which was supposedly done away with by Congress after the Civil War. After all, how can you pay when in prison?) Plus interest. Last, but not least, these agencies on behalf of the state collect interest rates on late, or non-payments that investors would be jealous of. As high as 12% in some cases. There are others. Yet all of them actually reduce a debtor’s ability to pay. And fathers are eight times more likely to be jailed for non support then are mothers for the same non-crime.

Continued: Often, draconian measures used by DHHS/CPS agencies routinely take away the very ability for these dads to pay what they owe, simultaneously stripping them of their ability to gain work. Many times sending them to “Debtor’s Prisons” where their payments continue to collect interest, increasing a debt that will follow them to the grave without ever being paid. Many mothers can get more in government benefits then child support from these dads. Increasing the likelihood that they will never be able to pay. Literally, be in and out of prison after repeatedly being taken to court. Until the grave. The Walter Scott case highlights some of the terror that goes through these men’s minds. Explaining why he ran from a cop, ultimately losing his life. This New York Times article from April 19th, 2015 highlights some of what he was up against. But as usual with the media, falls short.

So why is it so easy to get rid of dear old dad?Well for one, it’s money. The Social Security act, which counts for one quarter of the Federal Government’s annual budget, covers child support in Title IV-D. Essentially guaranteeing up to 90% of their operating expenses on the federal tax payer dime for family law, and support collection. For the five billion dollars that go to the states for child support collection. Only $10 million go for visitation enforcement. The same offices that enforce support, receive this money as well.

Why do so many mothers kick the dad out, and take assistanceWhy do so many mothers kick the dad out, and take assistance? Because it pays better then a father who makes under $10K/year. WIC SNAP(formerly food stamps) Section 8 housing Free college (TEACH, FSEOG, and many others. Sometimes as much as a completely free degree.) MEDICAID (if not for mom, for her kids) And many, many more. Not including all the different state programs! One case in PA, a reporter filed as an impoverished family, and qualified for $88k/year with a $19k/year income! A mother with less than $30k/yr can potentially earn as much as $67k/yr after grants. Including the Earned Income Tax Credit. Child Support does not count against her taxes.

According to “Commissioner of the Office of Child Support Enforcement, Vicki Turetsky, the head of the federal child support office, said the system should be based on the expectation that both parents would contribute toward their children’s needs. “It’s nuts,” she said of the policy of making destitute fathers repay welfare. “She gets the assistance; he gets charged with the bill.”

With all the emphasis on the money, courts are actually notorious for non-enforcement of visitation. The courts will go to incredible lengths to round up “dead beat” dads for an obvious inability to pay. But According to the National Center for Fatherhood: "40% of mothers reported that they had interfered with the non-custodial father's visitation on at least one occasion, to punish the ex-spouse." ~ (NCF 2001). It is even worse for dads who were never married to the mother. The courts will actually not even go over visitation rights, as it is “not proven he is the father.” Often, his name is not even put on the birth certificate by the mother. Yet, he is forced to pay support, usually after a paternity test proves he is the father. So, walking ATM, but disallowed to be “Disney Land Dad.” Court battles like this can average in the tens of thousands of dollars long before they are even close to being resolved. Considering how many men, like Walter Scott, who were not allowed to even gain employment without losing the job for being uneccessarily jailed; this is all but impossible.

Putative Father Registries, Predatory IPV Laws (Mandatory Arrest Laws)Putative Father Registries, Predatory IPV Laws (Mandatory Arrest Laws). As a young man, you are walking into a mine field getting married, and having kids. Wish I had better news.

Organizations like NOW (National Organization for Women) do not help either.Groups like NOW are hypercompetitive against any group, or program initiated that could help these fathers connect with their children. They view, improperly, these initiatives as a threat to women, and their funding! Here. Here. Here. And here.

No disrespect, but don’t think we (men) don’t notice! From the “Grass Eaters” in Japan, to the “Sexodus” or “Men on Strike” books and articles, society is getting awfully apprehensive about the dearth of men not “manning up.”

Seventy percent of American males between the ages of 20 and 34 are not married, and many live in a state of “perpetual adolescence” with ominous consequences for the nation’s future,…Far too many young men have failed to make a normal progression into adult roles of responsibility and self-sufficiency, roles generally associated with marriage and fatherhood, Janice Shaw Crouse. Not “manning up.” “Perpetual adolescence.” Most are surprised men are avoiding marriage, or wonder simply why more young men are not marrying at all. Perhaps young men have taken a mathematical approach to life, and told society in increasing numbers that they think it’s not worth it by voting with their feet. And to the elderly’s concern, their hard labor’s tax contributions from their wallets.

Elvis is leaving the building….no exclamation mark. All across the Western world, boys are refusing to marry. In Japan, they are called “Grass Eaters.” Here in the states they are called “perpetually adolescent.” However, even without covering restraining orders, and the numerous road blocks set up for males, men have come to the same conclusions as millions of others. Individually, with no contact from others in most cases.

Come to think of it…I’ll finish. The case of Vladek Filler will finish our presentation.
