10 Who are the RILM Cadre? Only Rotarians and Inner Wheel members are eligible Technical Experts E.g. Chartered Accountant, Engineer, Professor etc. Knowledgeable persons of specific fields

15 Orientation of Volunteers & CadreVolunteers can undergo self-orientation by referring to the “Volunteer Policy 16-17”, on Volunteer tab of the website. NCM/RILM Office to orient Cadre (through Webinars) Rotarian Volunteer and Cadre will be requested to attend Level III
