11 RILM Cadre: Areas of WorkSpecialized work related to field of expertise. Example: Evaluation of quality of teacher training Evaluation of happy school facilities Cadre to be given cross- district assignments for monitoring of implementation of RILM’s Corporate and Government Projects

15 Orientation of Volunteers & CadreVolunteers can undergo self-orientation by referring to the “Volunteer Policy 16-17”, on Volunteer tab of the website. NCM/RILM Office to orient Cadre (through Webinars) Rotarian Volunteer and Cadre will be requested to attend Level III
