Desde el 25 al 29 de enero) Número de personas previstas: 428 mas dos cursos 111 visitas. Duración de la actividad: 22 de enero al 30 de enero ( nueve días). Acertada. Objetivo de la actividad: Desarrollar la educación en valores, centrándonos en la PAZ. Potenciar la convivencia pacífica. Enseñar y trabajar la convivencia pacífica. Mostrar el respeto hacía y por otras culturas. Valoración de la actividad: POSITIVA Aspectos positivos significativos de la actividad: El personal propio de la asociación ha respondido. Participación activa del profesorado en la actividad. Entorno con actitud positiva. Apoyo por parte del gabinete de Interculturalidad y de convivencia de la Delegación. Existen personas ajenas con interés en el tema. Reunión con las partes implicadas, para tener claro lo que se publicita y como. Estudio de la actividad en cuanto a la motivación, planteamiento y desarrollo. Planteamiento didáctico de toda la actividad. Respeto a la organización de visitas por centros, cursos, alumn@s y horario. Aspectos de mejora: El aspecto audiovisual. Propuestas: Nos han planteado realizarla de nuevo el curso que viene. Y finalmente, la actividad se evalúa en los centros:  Resúmen  Cuestionario  Valoración crítica fundamentada El día de la Paz y la No violencia se celebra el 30 de Enero. Todos los centros educativos tienen actividades, todas la escuelas y todos los institutos. Parecía que celebrábamos una onomástica dentro de casa y el mundo estaba ajeno. Así que decidimos hacerlo siempre y juntos, alumnado, profesorado y familias, para el pueblo y para tod@s. Competencias: Objetivos. LINGÜÍSTICA - Usar la lengua española para comunicarse en la clase con el profesorado y con los compañeros/as - Utilizar periódicos y revistas españoles como medio de información - Reforzar su competencia en su lengua materna inglesa para no olvidarla y establecer relaciones con la lengua española en los ámbitos gramaticales y comunicativos. MATEMÁTICA - Usar la lengua española para los intercambios con dinero (compras, descuentos, proporciones, porcentajes, cambio de divisa…) a nivel aproximado para su uso en la vida cotidiana. - Usar el sistema de medidas para la vida cotidiana: distancia, peso, capacidad, grados… MUNDO FÍSICO Y NATURAL - Ofrecer ideas para cuidar saludablemente del propio cuerpo y la salud - Conocer y apreciar el entorno natural: animales, plantas, ecosistemas. - Ser consciente y responsable con el uso del Medio Ambiente. - Aprender el vocabulario de figuras geométricas y establecer la relación con el mundo de las formas naturales. TRATAMIENTO DE LA INFORMACIÓN Y TIC - Regulación en la actividad del uso de las nuevas tecnologías - Usar sus conocimientos de informática para el aprendizaje escolar. - Usar todos los medios tecnológicos a su alcance para continuar con la comunicación abierta en la convivencia. CULTURAL Y ARTÍSTICA - Conocer las costumbres españolas - Vivir la diferentes culturas - Acercamiento a la literatura, la música, el cine y las artes plásticas que forman nuestro patrimonio cultural - Participación en los eventos del centro APRENDER A APRENDER - Desarrollar habilidades sociales. - Aprender a trabajar en grupo. - Aprender y adquirir conocimientos sobre los compromisos de PAZ. AUTONOMÍA E INICIATIVA PERSONAL - Elaboración de material de uso práctico - Ser capaz de proponer actividades que le motiven The next week went astonishingly quickly and my new friends introduced me to loads of new people, which was great and I really felt like I was starting too fit in. Although, I really struggled with my lessons I tried my hardest and had help from that teacher from my first day, pile, who’s now my Spanish teacher. Amber and Taylor were getting on fine at school enjoying themselves as expected and making new friends as they go along. Mum and dad were finding it hardest; they obviously weren’t at school so they weren’t meeting new people. They had to go to bars and other places to socialise, which involved money which after long summer and a big move to Spain wasn’t growing on trees as it were. So in the end they learnt to enjoy each others company. Gradually like me, through people they got introduced to new people and have now made more friends. I know that we all miss England dearly, but we are getting on just fine over here in Spain now. Sometimes I think about England and get quite upset because I still want to be there. Then I think back to the good times I’ve had here in Spain, with feria being fantastic and partying most weekends with my friends. I always end up ensuring myself that it was the right decision to make, and for a fact I know that everyone has been through the same feelings. Its crazy but hopefully it will all be worth it. School is still hard now to this day, I don’t do some lessons because I don’t understand everything yet. It seems really stupid to me, in England I was in top of the class for almost everything and I come here and am at the bottom now and can’t understand much. Its so frustrating, I just want to say to everyone give me a break, I can’t help it if I don’t understand I am trying and yet they seem to keep putting more pressure on me. Whereas before I tried to do lessons which I new was impossible for me to do like history or philosophy, I now do other work out of a book. The book is about Spanish grammar and gradually when I am talking to people I realize myself using the words, which makes me think it was all worth it. I am happy with my results so far I passed all of those subjects that I do with above a five and actually managed to beat some of the Spanish children in my class. As horrible as it sounds, that made me even happier. Amber got her results back at Christmas, and yet again to my surprise she did quite well too, passing all her subjects which she does. Taylor also did really well in his subjects, being best at maths showing he takes after me. He finds it quite simple and can now count up to six hundred in Spanish which he’s very excited about and continues to tell everyone we know! Mum and dad are happy now and have made some new friends out here. Dad would like to get a bar out here and make it into a sports bar. But at the moment there aren’t any available of the size he wants, however he’s desperate and continues to search everyday. Mum is determined to learn Spanish and is trying ever so hard, some days she comes out with random words which make me laugh. Like when we go past the fire station in town she shouts out ‘guapo bomberos!’ which makes me chuckle every time we go past, god knows what they must be thinking! Overall our futures are looking good and we have lots of good things to look forward to. Hopefully in the near future we will all become fluent in Spanish and dad will get his bar set up and running. Overall the last few months have been tough but I wouldn’t choose to go back, I have enjoyed it and think my friends and I are going to be forever. And as for missing England facebook has become my best friend so I can keep in touch with what’s going on, and there’s always a cheap easy jet flight waiting for us if we are feeling home sick. But hopefully I won’t be feeling that as much now, as I’ve settled into my new home in Spain, it was well worth the big move.
