5 SAKSHAM at Kannur University, Mangattuparamba Campus, Dharmasala, Kerala commenced on 9 th March. 2015.  Participants in this batch are from different affiliated colleges of Calicut University.  Training was conducted at Department of Computer Science, Kannur University, Mangattuparamba Campus, Dharmasala  Many participants in this batch are very new to computers and have rarely worked on computers. Whereas some participants are working on computers from long time. Faculty members of Computer Science department also took part in training.  This batch is a mix of participants of different levels of knowledge and varied experience of working on computers. 10 Participants found all the sessions very interesting. especially Microsoft Excel, Advance features of PowerPoint, OneDrive, Office Online and Lync. Participants found Office Web Apps and SkyDrive very useful for collaboration and data collection. The sessions on Windows Accessibility Features was very well appreciated by all the participants. Features of Lync for Voice-Video conferencing, document sharing, poll and presentation sharing were very much appreciated by all. Participants used Lync in real time to share their content with others. Participants took Learning Content Development System (LCDS) sessions with great interest and enthusiasm. Take Aways
