He has specific rules governing his eating habits in his experiment. In his Mc Diet, it is imperative that he eat three McDonald’s meals per day and no outside food or drink be allowed. On top of that, there is an interesting rule that he super size the meal when it is offered by a clerk.

As a result, Spurlock was able to finish the 30-day Mc Diet without terrible consequences.
