7 Focus on Action 1 - survey and analysis of the capitalisation processesTwo axes for the analysis of the capitalisation approach of the ETC programs Effectiveness analysis - What are the outcomes the capitalisation process? - Does the capitalisation process incorporate a transfer to other policy context? - Is the capitalisation process somehow oriented towards thematic / methodological or functional issues ? 10 Positive general context regarding capitalisationCGET is carrying out a reflection on “Evidence based “ and “What Works Centers” approaches Take the opportunity of the 200 impact assessment exercises foreseen for the ESIF mainstream programs between 2018 and 2022 Give relevant tools to people in charge to define ToR for impact assessments in order to respect “evidence based approach” conditions Support a “What Works Centers” approach on specific thematic and the more promising results identified through impact assessment exercise L’Accord de partenariat a été adopté le 8 août 2014 Rome –Interact 7/06/17
