15 The social and working situation of fishermen differs from those of workmen on earth, for obvious reasons. Nowadays it is a hard, dangerous, highly demanding job. All the family is involved in this disturbing situation. The conditions are different depending on the situation on board: one ship is one independent world.

16 Salaries: according to the fishing activity Inshore fishing: depending on the capture, and only HALF the benefits goes to the fishermen. Deep sea fishing: higher salaries but hard job and long time away from their families.
