3 PHILOSOPHY/ FILOSOFÍA All children deserve a teacher who loves them unconditionally. Every child is highly capable. Parents and teacher are the student’s coaching team. We design our game plan together and follow through with it. To stay on target, I assess student learning and adjust instruction every day. Falcons hold ourselves to the highest standard. Even when other people are unkind/unfair, we are respectful, responsible, safe, kind. Todos los niños merecen un maestro que les ama incondicionalmente. Cada niño es muy capaz.
