3 Consider your ideal life Now in which ways are your slimming, health and weight loss goals assisting you in creating your ideal life? In which ways are your goals assisting you meet your highest values? How is achieving your goals important to you to your purpose in life? 2

4 Embracing your journey This journey is ongoing It isn’t going to end when you finish your program You will need to keep learning and grow Remember growth is one of the 6 core needs At any given time you are either greed and ripening or ready and rotting 3

5 Maintenance is a myth At any given time you either grow or you die There is no such thing as maintenance Once you have achieve your goals and slim body, you will be refining your process This is what I do I lost 10 kilos 7 years ago, I never regained the weight because I have kept developing self-awareness, I have cultivated self- love and compassion and I keep refining my slimming strategies The methods I use no to keep myself in shape are a lot more efficient that those I used to lose weight 7 years ago! 4

6 Embracing your journey Your attitude and mindset has to shift This isn’t a weight loss journey of self-hatred, body-shame, deprivation diets and punishing exercise anymore This is a slimming journey of self-love, self compassion Instead of depriving yourself with diets, this journey is about nourishing yourself slim and nourishing yourself forever Instead of punishing yourself with exercise, this journey is about finding and doing what works for your body and what will honour your body. 5

7 Embracing your journey I will not punish myself with exercise, I will not starve and deprive my body from the food that I love, I will not stress about calories, diets, bathroom scales anymore, I will not feel dissatisfaction with by body any more On this journey I will move my body in ways it loves moving, in ways that makes me feel glad to be able to move, I will nourish my body, my mind, my heart and my soul, I will relax and trust my body to tell me what it needs, my body will tell me exactly when I need to eat, what to eat and how much to eat, I will love my body wholeheartedly and accept myself just the way I am. I will trust myself and believe in my body's innate wisdom 6
