2 Negative tú commands  Use a negative tú command to tell your friend or someone you know well what NOT to do. Don’t talk, Don’t run…  To form a negative tú command:  1. Put the verb in the yo form (duermo, pongo…)  2. Drop the –o  3. Add the opposite ending  -es for –AR verbs  -as for ER/IR verbs

26 Gar Verbs:   Llegar (to arrive)   Pagar (to pay)   Apagar (to turn off)   Jugar (to play)   any other words in the future that end with gar.   Change the ending from ges to gues   No llegues, no pagues, no apagues
