3 Development of entrepreneurship education in North Ostrobothnia, PoPYk project 2015–2017Goals Achieving a shared view of entrepreneurship education in the province Creating an entrepreneurship education strategy and operating model for North Ostrobothnia ( inhabitants in square kilometres – 11,56 people in km2) Adapting general policies with the practical work of educational establishments Establishing a shared material bank to share tested models and practices of entrepreneurship education Promoting versatile entrepreneurship education expertise, the methods used and the materials used Securing continuity of entrepreneurship education support functions IEEC Centria UAS

4 Implementation of strategy work, the participatory methodProvincial level The education and research cooperation team of the Council of Oulu Region and implementing project parties Regional level Three regional teams, involving members of the teaching staff, entrepreneur associations, other entrepreneurship education parties and implementing project parties Discussions held between separate participating organisations communicated to regional teams via participants Municipal level and organisational work The project involves other implementing parties from all educational levels, also including teacher education establishments of the university and vocational institutes. These organisations set up entrepreneurship teams and work with curricula. Municipal implementation plans on the basis of the complete strategy Commitment to work and general communications The Council of Oulu Region to distribute the complete strategy Newsletters, Facebook, newspapers, , various events, publication event, participation in the national entrepreneurship education network IEEC Centria UAS
