The amounts are collected from documents about final judgments existing in that system by means of a search algorithm with a high percentage of hits. Initially, only documents on final civil judgments are dealt with, but in the future, it shall include judgments on administrative matters. 38 38 SCOPE Origen de la información Jurisdicción Ámbito territorial La fuente de los datos es el Sistema de Gestión Procesal Minerva. Las cuantías se recopilan de documentos de sentencias en firme existentes en el sistema, mediante una búsqueda de algoritmos con un gran porcentaje de éxito. En un principio, solo abarca documentos de sentencias en firme del ámbito civil, pero se prevé incluir también sentencias del ámbito administrativo. El prototipo actualmente en desarrollo incluye la Región de Murcia. Posteriormente, se extenderá al resto de territorios que tengan disponible el sistema Minerva. 40 40 Algunos indicadores Distintas formas de presentación (Tabla dinámica y gráficos de cuantías y tiempo (número de días) entre la fecha de publicación/ fecha en la que la sentencia pasa a ser firme y la fecha del final de la ejecución, separado en tipo de procedimiento y población donde está radicado el órgano judicial.. El gráfico muestra la cuantía acumulada por la población donde radica el órgano judicial. Haciendo click en cualquiera de las cuantías o número de días (entre la fecha de publicación/ fecha en la que la sentencia pasa a ser firme y la fecha del final de la ejecución), se puede navegar por los detalles del informe.

Les montants sont issus de documents de jugements définitifs existant dans le système, au moyen d’une recherche d’algorithmes avec un pourcentage élevé de réussite. En principe elle n’inclut que des documents, des jugements définitifs du domaine civil, mais on prévoit d’y inclure également des jugements du domaine administratif.
