5 Principal of Faunal SuccessionThe Principle of Faunal Succession (Wikipedia), also known as the law of faunal succession, is based on the observation that sedimentary rock strata contain fossilized flora and fauna, and that these fossils succeed each other vertically in a specific, reliable order that can be identified over wide horizontal distances. A fossilized Neanderthal bone will never be found in the same stratum as a fossilized Megalosaurus, for example, because neanderthals and megalosaurs lived during different geological periods, separated by many millions of years. This allows for strata to be identified and dated by the fossils found within. The fossil content of rocks together with the Law of Superposition helps to determine the time sequence in which sedimentary rocks were laid down. Archaic biological features and organisms are succeeded in the fossil record by more modern versions.

15 The Cambrian Explosion ExplainedThe pre-Adamic world was destroyed and ruined by the rebellion of Satan. The ancient earth was destroyed by water, as a result the burial of the fossils was in the order that is indicated by the strata. The heavier less mobile sea animals would be overtaken by the rising water. Then the fishes, then the amphibians, then the large reptiles, then the more mobile land living animals. The flood of Noah later re-destroyed the earth and reworked and remixed the fossils. We are now trying to interpret the strata from a earlier disaster with strata from a later disaster mixed in with or on top of the first disaster. Their order of burial and fossilization would be interpreted by “biased” anthropologist and geologists as proof of evolution.

The most recent and arguably best-known, the Cretaceous–Paleogene extinction event, which occurred approximately 66 million years ago (Ma), was a large-scale mass extinction of animal and plant species in a geologically short period of time.In addition to the five major mass extinctions, there are numerous minor ones as well.... Estimates of the number of major mass extinctions in the last 540 million years range from as few as five to more than twenty. 21 Mass Extinctions 1. Ordovician-Silurian 450 Mya, 70% of all species died. Two separate extinction events, second larges in earth’s history. 2. Late Devonian 365 Mya, 60-70% of all species died. 3. Permian-Triassic Extinction event 252 Mya, earth’s largest extinction. 96% of marine and 70% of land species became extinct. Called the “Great Dying.” 4. Triassic-Jurassic extinction event, end of the Triassic 201 Mya. Most amphibian life was exterminated. 75% of species became extinct. 5. Cretaceous-Tertiary (KT) Extinction 66 Mya. 75% of all land creatures died. All non avian dinosaurs became extinct. This led to the rise of the mammal line.

30 Life in the Pre-Adamic World?What type of life inhabited this world that Lucifer was commissioned to oversee? There are some interesting and speculative ideas and the Bible hints at some possibilities. The original pattern for humans came from God, where did the original pattern for animals come from? Obviously God used the angels as pattern for the form and shape of the animals that were created in Genesis chapter one. Since God was going to put Lucifer over the newly created pre-Adamic earth it only make sense that the earth would be populated with created animals that had his basic body plan—dinosaurs.
