3 Eligibility Total household income at or below 225% of Federal Poverty Guideline or Already Participating in: Lifeline - Section 8 General Welfare - SSI HEAP - PAAD TANF - USF Customer of record with electric or natural gas as primary heat unit dwelling Owners and renters are eligible
4 Reduce the customer’s household energy consumption Program Objectives Reduce the customer’s household energy consumption Make the customer’s energy bills more affordable Enhance the customer’s health, safety and comfort
5 How do we Achieve these ObjectivesProvide site-specific, customer energy education empowering the customer to take control of his or her energy usage and energy bills Install appropriate, cost-effective energy savings products and measures
