2 SANTIANO ABOUT After just four years Santiano’s unparalleled growth has seen them develop into one of the most important and successful bands in all of Germany. Since completing their successful tour "With the tide" December 2014 SANTIANO has used the time to go into the studio and produce their new album. The five musicians are working flat out on it! The album title is already revealed: "Of love, death and hope." a title of much promise which will be available from May 29, 2015.

In 40 cities they will share together with their fans their hits and new songs. The giants of the shanty Rocks have twice in a row won the ECHO Award as well as achieved 5 x Platinum and a Diamond Award for both albums, which underlines clearly their leader position in the German music scene. 4 SANTIANO ABOUT A five-member ensemble, Germany's Santiano make a rootsy blend of sea shanties, European folk, schlager, and contemporary pop music. Taking their name from Hughes Aufray's 1961 single, Santiano were formed in 2011 by producer and Elephant Music owner Hartmut Krech.
5 SANTIANO ABOUT Included in the band are vocalist/guitarist Hans Hinrichsen Timm, vocalist/harmonica player Axel Stosberg, vocalist/guitarist Björn Both, vocalist/guitarist Andreas Fahnert, and violinist Pete Sage. Santiano released their debut album, Bis ans Ende der Welt, in Bis ans Ende der Welt became a commercial success, rising to number one on the German sales charts and going triple platinum. Santiano's second album, 2013's Mit den Gezeiten, also went to number one.
6 SEMMEL CONCERTS ABOUT Founded in 1991 in Bayreuth, the company is now considered one of the leading event companies in Germany. From the outset, managing director Dieter Semmelmann is a driving force in the company: The first major tour project succeeded Semmelmann in the 90s with one of the most famous bandleader of all time - James Last . The success has since been written on the banners of the company.
7 SEMMEL CONCERTS ABOUT Today, "Semmel Concerts" employs about 100 employees and is one of the top three operators in Germany . The company focuses on two business areas: the local and the touring business . Among the artists whose concerts realized the company, include both international top acts such as Rihanna , Elton John , Depeche Mode , Coldplay , Barbra Streisand and national variables such as Helene Fischer , Annett Louisan , BAP , Roger Cicero and Santiano .
