12 Truly global coverage Unmatched multi-country availability and supportTranslation Available in 12 languages out-of-the-box Right to left, and two-byte character support Easy translation capabilities with quick Excel export Globalization Supporting multiple country user base simultaneously Multi-language, time zone, and currency support Global Deployment Live in over 55+ countries Large ecosystem of System Integrators We are unmatched in global capability obalization is a huge theme throughout organizations today. To expand into new global markets, you need a system that operates globally - that means: Multi language support; time zones; currencies; calendars; local best business practices; legal requirements and statutory reporting From Mike Ettling: “One of our big differentiators is around localisation and our ability to cater to big multinational organisations and local requirements, which is really important, particularly for a lot of EMEA-based corporations. We can cater to all the local legislative issues in England, France, Germany, Korea. I will challenge you to show me a cloud competitor that can do that. They can’t.” .You have to think global to act local. Translation is the easiest step. Our cloud application suite is currently translated in 37 languages and we have customers accessing EC from over 177 countries. Globalization is our ability to support multiple country user base. For example, a user in USA or a user in UK will have access to the right global fields that support their country needs. It is more than just a different language or name and address format our cloud application knows what global fields to render based on your sign in. Ensuring usability across the world so that users see Calendars with their local holidays, time zones, and currencies -- information applicable to them and in their own language Localization is when you have very specific country fields & reporting requirements that truly separates us from the pack. It’s the Localization requirements like Tax calculations or Payroll ensuring you are compliant no matter what country or region you are serving And And again, there’s a financial impact. For companies who have payroll systems like Employee Central Payroll that support local currencies, languages, etc. 1 payroll administrator is used per 1,000 employees vs 1.3 administrators needed for a system that doesn’t support these things. And it’s even a bigger gap for systems that need compliance with local regulatory requirements. It’s this global and local capability that enables companies like Nestle who has over 280, 000 employees in over 200 countries around the world to efficiently and accurately manage their workforce. Single source of data enables global processes and local compliance for worldwide standardization

24 Analyze  250+ time-management-specific reportsValue proposition model Plan Record Evaluate Shift scheduling Advanced auto scheduling Callouts to fill shifts Project- and product-based time recording Exception-based alerting Mass approval and mass corrections FMLA/FLSA compliance tracking Real-time time evaluation Highly complex rules processing Automated rounding Gross hour/pay results insight So what about our partnership with WorkForce Software? Let’s be very clear that SAP Time and Attendance products by WorkForce Software are more advanced in every component! On the slide you see per time management component what is the value add for them. Let’s quickly go over them: In the planning area it offers shift scheduling. This is something which Employee Central does not support in any way. Employee Central only supports the creation of work schedules. But planning them in shifts is highly specific and not something EC will ever do. And with Workforce Software we have the best of breed in this area. The advanced auto scheduling can make proposal plans factoring in qualifications, skills and fatigue. And also things like union agreements which decide that lowest paid employees or the ones with the least overtime are scheduled first. And when employees are planned it supports the automated call out to employees and it collects all responses from employees. Then based on rules the best proposal is made to the planner In the area of recording it allows for advanced project and product based time writing. It points out exceptions to managers like who is late or who has a shift with less than 12 hours of rest in between. There is functionality for mass approvals or corrections by planners, and it has full compliance tracking. In the evaluation space it does real time evaluation, it automatically rounds according to for example union regulations, and it provides insight into gross pay for employees directly on the time sheet. In the reporting space it provides more than 250 time management related reports, which is way more than the 5 we provide with EC Time and it’s highly integrated with EC. So In conclusion: Employee Central Time and Attendance Management is really becoming compelling for salaried employees and for serious payroll pre-calculations. But when you start to get into scenarios that are more complex like the ones I just explained SAP Time and Attendance Management by WorkForce Software is the best fit. Now and in the future.
