Upcoming Events Emmy Winning Website Reading: Fourth Grade has been reviewing our skills for the FSA reading! We have put forth our best effort and we are confident that we are going to rock the FSA with style! We have mastered our grammar skills, strengthened our vocabularies, and decoded with our word knowledge! With your support, we are unstoppable reading superstars! Writing: Fourth grade is working on their speeches for the Tropicana Speech contest which will be held on May 4. Please help your child by having them practice reading in front of you! Math: Fourth grade took the FSA math in style with their sharp skills in multiplication, fractions, measurement, and geometry. Thank you for all your support, encouragement, and help from the parents/guardians/mentors. We are finished with FSA, so we wrap up with Ch. 13 Math and fine tune our 4th grade math skills to be stunning 5th grade Math Stars! Science: We are wrapping up the year with force and motion. Most importantly, we are fine tuning our scientist skills with some labs like our owl pellet lab, cow eye lab, and bubble lab to name a few. Social Studies: It’s all about Florida! We are learning about Native Americans and the impact that exploration had on them. May 10 – FSA Reward Day!
