Other work will be confiscated.

11 Begin working on warm-up upon arrival in the classroomBegin working on warm-up upon arrival in the classroom. (This will be on the smart board or the whiteboard, date and complete each warm-up in your spiral notebook) Warm-ups will randomly be checked for completion throughout the semester, so make sure to keep track of all warm-ups in a journal. If you’re absent it is your responsibility to get the warm-up from a classmate or the website. Work should ALWAYS be turned into the basket on the table by my desk that is labeled for your class! Homework from the previous night should be in the basket by the start of class. Classwork will also be turned into this basket. DATE AND TITLE ALL OF YOUR ASSIGNMENTS. Leaving class is a privilege. Make sure to ask to leave the classroom before you exit your seat. DO NOT ASK in the middle of a lesson; If I am teaching, the answer will be NO. If we are working in groups or independently, feel free to ask. If you are absent, check the website, check the absent folder and ask classmates for what you missed BEFORE coming to me to ask what you missed. The 5 day rule applies.

12 BYOT Guidelines Technology use is a privilege in this classroom. Chromebooks will only be taken out of the cart when they’re needed for a class assignment. Cell phones/tablets should NOT be used when not prompted to. If a phone is seen being used without permission to do so the following will occur: I WILL take your phone when being used inappropriately or at inappropriate times. The first time I take your cell phone from you I will make a parent contact and return your phone to you at the end of the period. The second time your phone is taken it will be sent to the office for you to pick up at the end of the school day and you will receive an administrative referral Understand that these consequences can escalate depending on the severity of inappropriate usage.

Pictures that tie in to who you are. You must have at least one of Each of these items. Taught at Butler High School in CMS and Northwest Cabarrus High School in Cabarrus county I help coach a traveling softball team (Who came in second place in the Summer World Series at ESPN Stadium in 2016)
