3 Expectations: Announcements Voice level: zero. No talking or noise. Save your questions until after the announcements. Silently prepare for your Do Now. Don’t move around the room unless you need to get materials for the Do Now. Begin your Do Now as you listen to announcements. We will continue with the Do Now after announcements are finished.
4 Expectations: Do Now Voice level: low volume talk about the work is fine. Keep language appropriate. If you need help, reference your notes first or a classmate, then if you still need help, raise your hand. During 2 min prep time get your required materials, sharpen pencils, get paper, etc. Complete Do Now in 5 mins. Sit at your desk and work on Do Now until finished.

Divide up the chart into slices to represent the parts of your day. Model your drawing after the example, but instead of writing the activities in English, write them in Spanish.

20 Mirror reflections game The teacher calls out reflexive actions in Spanish. Students act out the actions while other students pretend to be their reflection and mirrors their actions.
