5 A habit is a habit, a behavior we repeat over and over again. There are very positive habits, such as cleaning every morning, sleeping at the same time or eating in a healthy way. Other habits are negative, such as smoking, eating nails or poor posture when sitting in class or studying. The habits of study are nothing more than those customs that have to be studied and that can be decisive in the result obtained. Poor study habits can lead to school failure or to earlier working hours when books are not rewarded with good learning. But habits can be acquired with discipline and a good predisposition.
