16  ONLY-LADY COUNCILLOR AS MEMBER OF EXECUTIVE MEETINGT TELL THAT IT WAS THE FIRST TIME THAT SHE CLIMP-UP A LORRY FOR ADDRESSING THE PUBLIC.INFACT AFTER ATTENDING THE GENDERLINKS WORKSHOP THAT SHE ACQUIRED THE CAPABILITY TO VOICE OUT FOR WOMEN AND CHILDREN RIGHTS.SHE ALSO MANAGED TO BE ELECTED AS THE ONLY FEMALE MEMBER TO TAKE DECISION AT THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE WHICH DETERMINES PERMITS AND LICENCES AND LAND USE.IN CERTAIN PLATFORMS INCIDENT OCCURRED WHERE THE MAN OVERLOOKED HER BUT SHE MADE HER STAND AND HAD GREAT INFLUENCED IN DECISION MAKING.-SHE ALWAYS PARTICIPATE IN DECISION MAKING WITH A GENDER DIMENSION THE CHANGE IS THAT SHE HAVE BUILT A STRONG GENDER SENSITIVE MUSSLE AND SHE IS NOW COPPING SKILLS THROUGH THE HARDSHIPS FACED WHICH HAS BUILT IN HER, A STRONG TRANSFORMING MINDSETT 50/50 BY 2015: DEMANDING A STRONG POST 2015 AGENDA
