5 Hot Dog Verbs It is always an -ir verb There is only a stem change in the third person singular and plural forms Some hot dog verbs include: pedir, repetir, seguir, divertir(se), sonreír, reír, and servir Examples on the next slide 

13 Some verb conjugations have different meanings in the preterite supe: I found out conocí: I met (for the first time) pude: I could quise: I tried
