10 MANEJO: Medidas generales Tratamiento: - Clobetasol gel 0,05% top 2 v/día o - Dexametasona 0.1 mg/mL sol 2veces/día. 19 T oxicidad cutáneo-mucosa, metabólica, pulmonar: frecuentes. Importante la información y prevención sobre todo si fc de riesgo. Pueden limitar los tratamientos y poner en riesgo la vida del paciente. Hay que alertar acerca de signos y/ó síntomas de alarma para consulta temprana.
