21 Subsistema: Planificación AgregadaConsidera a todo el patio de contenedores Segregaciones nivel 1.1 Nave y Viaje Tráfico (Importación / Exportación) Tipo (dry, reefer, IMO, vacío) Tamaño (20 o 40 ft) Asigna Cantidad de Contenedores de una misma segregación a un bloque. Hipótesis: Se disminuye el número de despejes asignando espacios cercanos a contenedores de una misma segregación
22 Subsistema: Planificación OperativaToma como dato de entrada la Planificación Agregada Trabaja con segregaciones más finas, incluye el atributo Peso y el Puerto Destino (POD) Resuelve problemas independientes, uno por cada nave en la planificación naviera Identifica de manera explícita los sub- bays que serán asignados a cada segregación en cada período de planificación.
23 Subsistema: Asignación DinámicaObjetivo: Minimizar despejes en las faenas de retiro, así como optimizar la utilización del espacio. Asigna ubicaciones (Posición BAROTI) en tiempo real contenedor a contenedor conforme arriban al terminal. Tiene como base la asignación de espacios realizada por los modelos matemáticos de los niveles 1.1 y 1.2. Problemática: Llegada aleatoria de los contenedores de exportación al terminal en el horizonte de planificación.
24 Conclusiones Se muestra un sistema de apoyo a las decisiones de asignación de espacio a contenedores en un puerto. Se abordó el problema de asignación de espacio a contenedores mediante la subdivisión del mismo en 3 niveles.
