26 Key Parts 3.6 Hi pressure sensorTo supervisor the discharge pressure of the compressor and to control the fan speed. Every 20 seconds, compare the system pressure and the best pressure to adjust DC fan motor speed timely. Always test the system pressure

27 Key Parts 3.6 High pressure sensorWhen discharge pressure is too high, DC inverter compressor’s frequency will be decreased. When discharge pressure is bigger than 4.4MPa, system stops and displays error code.

32 Key Parts 2.10 SV6 SV6 is used for protecting the compressors.When cooling mode, it will open for 5 minutes. It opens when the compressors discharge temp. is over-high. Closes when the unit is standby or system is in heating mode.

33 Key Parts 2.11 EXV EXV: 8/10/12HP have single EXV, 14/16HP have double EXVs When the outdoor unit is power on, the EXVs firstly close with 700 pulse, then they open with 350 pulse and then standby. Open to the target pulse after the compressor start up.

36 Key Parts 2.13 SV5 In defrosting mode, SV5 is open to make the defrosting process more quickly. In cooling mode, it is always off.

The program will last for 3 minutes. All the outdoor EXV open to 480 pulse and SV6 is on. Action of indoor Fan and EXV. 38 Key Functions 3.2 System pressure precisely controlSystem pressure precisely control according to the high-accuracy pressure switch, in all condition, system will maintain in the best working status. Every 20s, system will detect the system pressure to compare the best pressure value of the system, and then adjust the DC fan motor running speed accordingly to make the system running in a high efficiency status.

39 Key Functions 3.3 Outdoor fan ESP settingThanks to DC fan motor, Outdoor fan static pressure can be set by switch on outdoor PCB. Maximum ESP 85Pa.

40 Key Functions 3.4 All outdoor units cycle operationBalance the lifespan among outdoor units in one system. In cooling mode, outdoor units will change the start order when 1) room temperature gets to the setting temperature or 2) after oil return program. In heating mode, outdoor units will change the start order when 1) room temperature gets to the setting temperature or 2) after oil return program or 3) after defrost program.

44 Key Functions 3.8 Anti-snow FunctionIn the cold weather, outdoor fan will start to run for a while at intervals, for preventing the snow to accumulate on fan blade. Because accumulated snow will freeze and block fan blade rotating, even worse it will damage the motor. It only start when temperature is lower than 0˚C. V4+ can execute mode lock function , has several kinds of mode lock avoide the mode conflict

45 Key Functions 3.9 Pressure protectionHigh pressure switch is installed in the compressor discharge pipe, it is always on, if pressure is higher than 4.4MPa, it turns off to switch off the system, auto recover when pressure is lower than 3.0MPa and system has stop for 3 minutes. Low pressure switch is installed in the compressor suction pipe, it is always off, if pressure is lower than 0.05MPa, it turns on to switch off the system, auto recover when pressure is bigger than 1.5MPa and system has stop for 3 minutes. If protection is occurred, system will restart in 3 minutes If protection is occurred twice in 30minutes, P2 code will displayed on the outdoor PCB, it can’t be recovered unless re-power-on the system.

46 Key Functions 3.9 Other protection Discharge temperature protection:When Discharge temperature >120˚C, system stops, auto recover when pressure is bigger than 1.5MPa and system has stop for 3 minutes. Current protection When inverter compressor’s current >12A or fixed compressor’s current >19A , system stops. Communication failure, system stops. Sensor malfunction, system stops.
