7 Voting Rules During Board of Directors MeetingThere are three ways to vote for members in good standing: 1) by being physically present; or 2) remotely by being connected via web conference or telephone call If you are physically present, you will receive a written ballot or will be asked to vote by raising your hand
8 Voting Rules During Board of Directors MeetingIf you are participating remotely by phone or web conference, you will vote by or web conference messaging system only at the time when voting sessions are taking place In the event of a tie vote of the General Assembly or the Board, the Chairman may elect to break the tie with his/her vote (Bylaws 9.5.2)
